- The Isetan eGift Voucher is redeemable for products at any Isetan store in Singapore, excluding items and services from KOSE Beauty Centre, cafes & restaurants, alteration services, and delivery services.

- All purchases on SEAGM are final, and once delivered, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Step 1: Once your purchase from SEAGM is completed, log in to your account and retrieve your Isetan eGift Card from the “My Cards” section.
Step 2: Visit any Isetan Singapore branch and select the items you wish to purchase.
Step 3: Click the URL link and present your eGift voucher to the Isetan cashier at the time of purchase.
Note: Isetan reserves the right to reject screenshots, saved images, or printed copies of the eGift voucher. Only the voucher displayed directly via the original URL link will be accepted.
Step 4: The cashier will apply the gift card value to your purchase.
Step 5: If your total purchase amount exceeds the e-voucher value, pay the remaining balance at checkout.
Note: The gift voucher is valid for one-time use only, and any unused balance will not be refunded.
